Sweat, Sculpt, and rock in this cardio jam session inspired by drumming. This full body workout is designed for all fitness levels in a fun atmosphere combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training, with the use of yoga and Pilates inspired moves utilizing provided drumsticks.
